Amazing sunny day. Took Misty (my dog - must upload photos) for a nice long walk, then sauntered around town while Paula sleeps. She's a nurse by the way. Did some shopping, including buying a USB memory stick, never bought one before, only used discs. Our computer is shit by the way, so we use the laptop instead. I have to load the master discs again, trouble is, I can't get the bloody draw open without sticking a pin into the hole. Bit rubbish really.

We're having a roast tonight, pork and veg etc..........mmmm. Paula is an amazing cook and I love her to bits. Might upload a pic perhaps!

Have been looking at news again. The crisis with schmallenburg virus (affecting lambs, birth defects and death), how will the poor farmers cope.

They have so much shit don't they?

Oscars are coming - don't care actually. The films I like never win.

James Cameron is hoping to reach the bottom of the pacific before Richard Branson. Marianas Trench to be precise - trouble is, it was done in 1960!

nhs crap still going on, think Cameron should scrap it and find Lansley a new job.

My ideas for stories are imploding my head and I must write them down. I want so many people in my stories;-

Adrian Lester, Omid Djalili, Lenny Henry, Freema Agyeman, Ken Stott......and so many many more................

I am off Wednesday, so I can do more research for the Charity Auction for GI*Blues. I hope people support it.

I've also been working on our charity dress down days at work. 3 in total. March/June/Sept or Oct for Shelter, GI*Blues and Air Ambulance respectively.

I thought I'd start with the most recent thing about me. I went to a GP last night (23rd Feb 2012) to report how 'crap' I feel.

I am now on Citalopram anti depressants. I won't bore you with the reasons why but I just wanted to share as I think there is a terrible stigma attached to mental health.

I will say more in time. Feel free to share with me if you want.
